I came home to find that Jordon had put this photo he took at our place as my wall paper. It may be hard to see in this thumbnail, but Old Brown's head is turned looking toward the camera. I have to make sure he doesn't get Tinky Winky. :-/
Hello! I so enjoyed looking through your pics! Beautiful! I was out at Zion in August and many of the places you photographed were places we didn't get to for lack of time and energy!!! Thank you so much for an intimate glimpse at what I missed!
I've always wanted to go to Alaska...what wonder and beauty there!
Your horse is gorgeous! Arabian? Or at least part? I have a horse, too. Though now aging and not in the best of health. I'm also and English person... want to learn dressage some day!!!
I 'met' Jordon through the Blog of a friend of mine at church. You have a beautiful family!
ps- it was so ironic that I met Jordon just a couple weeks after my trip to the southwest. I'd never been out there before and the trip was a rather spur of the moment deal. The main focus of going out there was the Grand Canyon, but we decided that on our last full day we'd go to Zion. I'm so glad we did. I think I enjoyed it more than the Grand Canyon.
When I stumbled on Jordon's blogs- specifically his 'Zion' one (not thinking when I saw the title that is was ZNP!) I thought to myself, "HMMM... these pictures look like familiar places." What a coincidence to find out he worked just where I had happed to be a couple weeks earlier!!
I am a mother of 3 wonderful grown children, and I live on a little piece of Texas. We have 2 horses, 2 dogs. I love horses, especially the English disciplines. I also play classical piano, play at ballet, and I enjoy playing hymns. When my husband and I play gospel, I play autoharp and he plays banjo or guitar.I enjoy making quilts.
